The designer takes "a sense of strength" as the concept, decorating the building facade with 21Parkhouse® Econic Clay and Roman Cave Stone, building a dialogue between man and nature, light yet profound.

The restrained elegance of Russia and the deep rationality are narrated, spreading the texture of time in the material, giving the building a more unique and profound significance.

3.Material Language, Dialogue with the Future

#Frost Resistance, Anti-peeling

The 21Parkhouse® Econic Clay has undergone up to 100 cycles of freezing and thawing at temperatures ranging from -30ºC to 50ºC, with no surface powdering or cracks, fearless of indoor/outdoor low temperatures. Compared to rigid materials such as ceramic tiles, which are more susceptible to damage from freeze-thaw stress, leading to cracking or peeling, the Econic Clay is a flexible material, light and breathable, with better deformability than tiles, and almost unaffected by freeze-thaw stress.

It can also be directly applied to the insulation base layer, combined with insulation materials or panels, and is widely used in high-cold areas such as Russia, Xinjiang, Heilongjiang, and Liaoning.

Aging Resistance

The experiment has proved that the 21Parkhouse® Econic Clay has an artificial aging resistance time of up to 2000 hours (equivalent to 40-50 years of outdoor use), which can be used for the exterior walls of buildings, with simple and convenient post-maintenance, ensuring the safety of the project.

Natural Material Restoration, Cost Controllable

The 21Parkhouse® Econic Clay uses 3D coating technology to restore various natural stone, wood, and woven textures and colors, and is widely used in interior and exterior walls and ceiling areas of buildings.
