For instance, a large industrial park in Guangzhou Huadu district experienced issues where weathering and water stains appeared on the exterior walls, partly due to high construction dust. Furthermore, the original building's coating layer lacked a reinforcing mesh, which led to large square cracking. The necessary remedial work includes removing the old material, re-leveling, waterproofing, and mesh installation.

Using traditional materials necessitates the demolition of the original coating layer. Scaffolding protection is required to mitigate dust dispersion and the risk of material spalling.

However, the combination of flexible stone and swing stage construction effectively addresses the issues inherent in traditional methods. Flexible stone optimizes the efficiency of vertical transport and construction, minimizing the engineering time; swing stage has less impact on the building, no need for large-scale scaffolding. This approach provides an ideal solution for the difficulty in high-rise exterior wall renovation while minimizing the disruption to the surrounding environment and occupants' daily life.

To deal with weathered traces and water residue marks, flexible stone is factory-prefabricated with Curved drip edge with integral molding. To align with our brand, we specially design a petal-shape component, making rain discharge outward away from the wall surface. The curved slope accelerates drainage, creating a scouring effect and reducing stain deposition. The lower arch design helps prevent sewage backflow, maintaining the building's appearance as clean as new.


The unique flexibility of flexible stone allows it to curve seamlessly with the drip edge, creating a unified, continuous, and cohesive appearance.

After innovation:


Flexible stone restores the texture of natural stone and offers brilliant weather resistance and stain resistance. Mold-resistant and crack-resistant, with a clean and white finish, improving the visual sophistication and receiving unanimous praise from owners.


*After three months of testing, we can clearly see that under the impact of rain and dust, the surface of traditional coating appears obvious weathered traces. By contrast, flexible stone has less staining, and its stain resistance is close to aluminum plate, maintaining llong-term clean and attractive.
In the wave of continuous innovation in modern construction technology, the optimization of materials and construction methods is equally crucial. Recently, the 21Parkhouse® brand was invited to participate in the Hong Kong seminar, "Smart Construction in the Greater Bay Area: Assurance Renovation, Building Upgrade and Sustainable Development," where it delivered an engaging presentation titled "New Building and Exterior Wall Renovation Environmental Technology Finishing."

Case 1: Seminyak Star Shopping Center, Bali
*21Parkhouse® Bricks were chosen for the interior walls, exterior walls, and ceiling. They were directly applied onto the original cement and old aluminum panel substrates, covering an area of 3,000 m², with project completion in approximately two weeks.

Case 2: Guangzhou South Tower International Electronic Digital City
*During the Guangzhou Asian Games, the Guangzhou Municipal Government selected 21Parkhouse® Travertine, a material made from eco-friendly raw materials that generates no solid waste, for the large-scale renovation of the city's exterior façades. Sixteen years after completion, the project still maintains a 90% newness rate.


Case 3: Guiyang Heshe Hotel
*21Parkhouse® Bricks were chosen for the exterior wall renovation, applied directly onto the original mosaic substrate. The usage area reached 20,000 m². The product offers self-cleaning, stain-resistant, and anti-aging properties, and the project has been standing for 11 years since completion.
